Our firm is a law practice in Vienna specializing in public and private commercial law. We assist our clients, for example, with company formations, drafting employment contracts, data protection agreements, and privacy policies, managing their company’s websites, guiding them through public procurement procedures, and drafting software license agreements. We also provide advice in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including acting as external data protection officers, and consequently offer the service of “external data protection officer” to our clients.
