Mag.a Elisabeth Stanonik-Palkovits

Attorney Elisabeth Stanonik-Palkovits, M.A., studied law at the University of Vienna. She also completed her judicial clerkship in Vienna at various courts.

After completing her training, Attorney Stanonik-Palkovits worked at the law firm Kafka and Palkovits (primarily in the area of tenancy and housing law) and then spent a year in New York working at the international law firm White and Chase LL.P. Until she successfully passed the bar exam in 2008, Mag. Stanonik-Palkovits worked as an associate at Wolf Theiss Attorneys at Law. She then moved into the private sector and worked for two major banks in Austria. Since then, Mag. Stanonik-Palkovits has been employed at the law firm Stanonik in Vienna. She has been a partner at Stanonik Rechtsanwälte since 2018.

Based on her education and professional experience, Attorney Mag. Stanonik-Palkovits specializes in commercial law (e.g., corporate law, capital markets law), labor law, tenancy and housing law, as well as debt collection and air passenger rights. At Stanonik Rechtsanwälte, she also advises clients on public procurement law and data protection law. Attorney Mag. Stanonik-Palkovits also serves as an external data protection officer.
